The 2016 SiD optimization workshop will be hosted by the Nuclear Physics, Particle Physics, Astrophysics, and Cosmology Initiative and will take place at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland Washington.

 
The workshop will consist mainly of tutorials and hands-on sessions, with talks on select topics. The primary goal of this workshop is to continue developing the SiD baseline model. Work items include the simulation and reconstruction tools, and studies of detector and physics performance.
